With a solemn Mass celebration in the Parish and Diocese’s Shrine of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus in Presnače-Debeljaci, Banja Luka, on October 1st, the feast of the dedication of the parish church was celebrated, as well as the feast of St. Theresa of Lisieux and Extraordinary Mission Month opening.
The Holy Mass was led by the Bishop of Banja Luka, Msgr. Franjo Komarica, with the concelebration of Auxiliary Bishop Msgr. Marko Semren, parish priest and guardian of the shrine Msgr. Ivica Božinović and six priests from the deanery of Banja Luka.
At the end of the Mass, the Bishop led a common prayer for the Extraordinary Mission Month and the prayer of St. Theresa for priests and missionaries, as well as the blessing of roses that believers brought with them.
The evening Mass, during which he blessed children and parents, was led by parish priest Božinović, and Triduum was organised before the celebration of the feast.
